"Literacy is a bridge from misery to hope."
- Kofi Annan
It is rightly said that education is the most powerful weapon that can change the world. Keeping this in our thought process Prudence Junior Anand Vihar was elated to celebrate International Literacy Day.
Our young students took initiatives to help and teach our helper staff which include maids, drivers, watchman etc. They presented them badges stating their gratitude for them since they help them in their day to day activities and also shared with them good deeds in the special assembly organised for them.
Helper staff of our school also proudly shared with the students that why being educated is very important and how they are giving education to their children which they did not get at their time because of many family reasons.
One must always remember -
"One book, one pen, one child and one teacher can change the world."
So we should always work on our skills and keep on climbing stairs of education and upgrade our knowledge and learning day by day as these are the beautiful things which no one can take away from us.
